We were not ready to buy for about a year and a half, and she was willing and patient to help us check out different areas in Tucson and Oro Valley to finally decide which area we wanted to buy in. Once we were ready to buy, Paula was very efficient in showing us houses for two days and we ended up finding "our" house and making an offer. Melissa took my initial call and got things rolling immediately. We met with Paula shortly after. We were about to go on vacation for a couple of weeks and they were able to get everything in place and the photos taken before we left. The Monday following our return, they pushed the magic button and the listing was live. They started showing our home within days. They were great about trying to schedule viewings close together so it was less disruptive to us. Even with an active construction project going on next door, Paula and Janelle were able to get us into contract in a few more than 30 days. This was a $1.3 million house and we were afraid it could take many months to sell - not with this team! Melissa was great with the follow through and closing, making sure we knew where to be and when. The entire process was a breeze for us. We appreciate the professionalism and experience of everyone on the team.

Considering other property's time to be sold in, the price range, and in the area it was located in, we were very anxious on how long it would really take to sell the property. I don't know what 'magic' they used, but a buyer was found and the property was sold inside of 90 days from when put on the market. Paula was very easy to get a hold of and work with and I can't compliment the communication from her and the team enough. A move friom Arizona across the country seemed daunting, but Paula Williams was invaluable from list to closing of our Arizona home.
